Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
Returns
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
• Used or damaged products
• Sale items (discounted products)
• Custom or made-to-order items
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us first before sending the item back.

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
